What is your cancellation policy?

24hr cancellation notice is required for all bookings.

How do I prepare for a cleaning appointment?

Share instructions: Tell us ahead of time about priority areas or special tasks.
Pet safety: We adore pets at Saje, but if a spotless clean is your priority, secure them safely.
Provide access + parking: For a seamless clean provide entry details & parking details.
Product preferences: Let us know in advance if you want specific products (eco-friendly, hypoallergenic).
Secure valuables: Put away fragile or valuable items to prevent accidents.
Expect noise: Cleaning can be loud (vacuuming, etc.), especially if you'll be home.
Set expectations: Clarify your top priorities so we focus where it matters most.

How do you charge for your services? (flat rate, hourly, etc.)

We offer tiered hourly pricing depending on the job type:

Standard Cleans: $55/hr
Routine upkeep: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and general tidying.
Fixed rate can be applied after initial clean.
Deep / Move-In-Out Clean: $70/hr
More time-intensive detail work: inside appliances, baseboards, heavy buildup, etc.
Construction Cleans: Quote only
Specialized cleanup after renovations: fine dust removal, paint/sawdust debris, detailed surfaces, etc.
Commercial Cleans: Quote only
Recurring cleans for a business space are based on square footage, frequency & level of cleaning.

Can I request specific areas to be cleaned?

We take pride in meeting our clients' needs precisely as requested and aim to ensure you receive optimal service from our cleaning solutions. Kindly provide your specifications along with your request, and we will make sure to address them during our visit.

Do you offer discounts for recurring services?

Depending on the length of the recurring service, we offer a selection of discounts including referrals for friends and family.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Contact us & provide details: Clearly explain what specific areas or tasks did not meet your expectations. Providing photos is a requirement.

Free fix or discount: If the mistake is on our end, we will gladly send a cleaner to correct the clean or provide you a one-time discount for the service.
